By using Rizzl, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Provide accurate info. One person/entity per account. You're responsible for credential security. Must be 16+ to use. Notify security@rizzl.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not:
Ownership: You retain full ownership of everything you upload. We claim no IP rights over your work.
License: You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the service (thumbnails, streaming, delivery to portals).
Target 99.9% uptime. No guarantee of uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA.
By you: Close account anytime. Data retained 30 days, then permanently deleted. Request export before closure.
By us: For ToS violations, non-payment, or legal requirements. 30 days notice for non-urgent.
Service is "as is". Total liability capped at amount paid in prior 12 months. Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to hold harmless Rizzl from claims arising from your use of the service or your content.
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (AAA rules).
30 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
