What is Rizzl?
Rizzl is the operating system for creative studios. Asset management, branded client portals with timestamped feedback, kanban tasks, and team chat — purpose-built for motion design teams.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Freelancer plan is free forever — 5 GB storage, 3 clients, 10 portals/month. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties.
What file types are supported?
Any file can be uploaded. Specifically: AEP, MOGRT, MP4, MOV, MXF, R3D, BRAW, PRPROJ, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, ZIP. Video and image files get automatic thumbnails. 4K video plays inline.
How do client portals work?
Create a portal in two clicks, add assets, send the link. Clients view files in their browser, leave timestamped comments on video, and approve with one click. No login needed.
Can I use my own storage?
Studio and Enterprise plans support Bring Your Own Storage. Connect AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, or GCS from Settings → Integrations.
Do you support SSO?
Studio and Enterprise plans support Google SSO, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, and SAML 2.0.
Is my data secure?
Files are encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS. Enterprise plans include IP allowlisting and audit logs.
